I left my job in busy central London, for a big change of direction. We moved EAST to raise our young family somewhere calm and relaxed, close to friends and relatives and the sea! Building a private gym, here in South Norfolk, offering my own brand of positive personal training, and helping others to get fit, has been the ambition of a lifetime.
I became a personal trainer because more than anything, I enjoy supporting others through exercise. Nothing makes me happier than seeing those I've worked with smashing their goals, crossing the finish line or just knowing that they feel healthier than ever.
The road to feeling fitter, stronger or simply more body-confident, looks different to everyone. Your training programme should be personal too. I believe that a tailor-made fitness plan, and a trainer who is fully focussed on you, can make all the difference. I can help you set down goals, get you working out safely, and enjoying it.
