I’m a Level 4 qualified personal trainer, founder of East Fit Personal Training, and co-founder of Strong & Nourished in 7 Weeks a transformational online programme designed to help women build real strength, lose fat in a sustainable way, and feel genuinely good in their bodies again.
My mission? To help women feel strong, capable, and confident physically and mentally without the overwhelm, guilt, or quick fixes. My coaching is rooted in strength training, realistic nutrition, and a body-positive approach that celebrates what your body can do.
But I also understand the reality behind the journey.
I’m a mum of two, I’ve overcome unhealthy habits, navigated career changes, and faced breast cancer head-on. Those experiences have shaped how I coach: with honesty, empathy, and a focus on what really matters moving well, fuelling your body, building strength, and living a life that feels good (not just looks good).
