I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer and the founder of East Fit.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, and life while still wanting to take care of yourself. My own journey through career changes, motherhood, breast cancer, and menopause has taught me that health and strength are about so much more than appearance.
That’s why I coach women like you to build strength, confidence, and energy in a way that’s sustainable. No quick fixes and no fads just real support and results that last.
