Hi, I'm Holly!
I’m a Level 4 qualified personal trainer and founder of East Fit Personal Training, with a passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. My approach is all about building strength, both physically and mentally—because fitness isn’t just about looking a certain way, it’s about what your body can do.
But I know the journey isn’t always easy. I’ve been through my own struggles, from navigating stress and unhealthy habits to facing breast cancer. These experiences shaped how I coach today—focusing on what really matters: feeling good in your body, moving well, and creating a lifestyle that works for you.
Through my online coaching programmes, I provide expert guidance, structured training, and real support—so you can stay consistent, push past self-doubt, and finally see the progress you deserve. Want more hands-on coaching? I also offer 1 to 1 training at my private gym in South Norfolk, where we focus on you and your individual goals.
