What results can I expect?
We are passionate about getting good outcomes for the women who take part in the programme. You can expect some or all of the following:

Please note that individual results may vary. Factors such as program adherence, genetic make-up, overall health and physiological differences can and will influence results.

How does the coaching work?
This is a group coaching programme.
There is a bi-weekly group coaching call where Josie and Holly answer member questions - you can choose to attend the live calls, or post your questions in the community to be addressed in the calls.
There is a bi-weekly podcast where questions are answered for anyone who can't make the Zoom calls and wants to tune in on-the-go.
You also get a personal check in every other week via an email to your direct message inbox inside the community. You are asked to submit a form sharing how things are going and you receive written one to one feedback from Josie and Holly in response.
For clarity, one-to-one Zoom calls aren’t part of the programme, and this is reflected in the pricing, but you do get individual attention and comprehensive feedback and support via the weekly calls and written check-ins.
How does the community work and where is it?
Our community is a secure, private, online space designed for members to connect, share experiences, and support one another. Hosted on a platform called Kajabi—not Facebook—it’s accessible only through your individual login, ensuring a safe and exclusive environment. This is the perfect space for accountability and motivation, and we highly encourage you to get involved!
I'm in my thirties, can I still join?
Absolutely! We have lots of women in their 30s joining us. We use this age range as a guide because many women in this age range are navigating changing hormones, busy careers, parenting and caring for ageing parents - all of which can take a toll on your health. Strong and Nourished is designed for women in their thirties, forties, fifties and beyond. We focus on supporting energy, fat loss, and strength and this is relevant to women in their thirties onward. Whether you're just starting to notice shifts in your body or you're further along in the journey, Strong and Nourished gives you the tools, structure, and support you need to feel strong, energised, and confident at every life stage.
Are the recipes suitable for family meals or better just for adults?
We have lots of women with young families joining us, and we get great feedback on the food and recipes. Most of them are family friendly, and Josie is always on hand to help you to adapt recipes to suit you/your family's needs. There are also plenty of women in the group sharing ideas on this theme. There are also live cooking sessions on zoom and many family members show up and help out! The recipes have been designed specifically with busy, time poor women in mind, so they are simple, no obscure ingredients and main meals are a max of 30 mins to pull together. It’s around 90% wholefood with some healthy time savers in there like pre-cooked grains. Lots of flexibility and choice.
