Join our empowering full-body group training sessions designed to build strength, fitness, and energy in a fun, supportive setting. Each 60-minute class blends functional strength training with cardio conditioning and finishers to keep you challenged and motivated.
Think kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, skipping ropes, and team or solo challenges that leave you buzzing with energy and confidence.

CLASS DETAILS
When: Wednesday evenings, 7–8pm
Where: Mulbarton Primary School Hall (right-hand car park, enter via the blue door by reception)
Price: £7 per session when booked as a block, or £9 pay as you go
What to bring: A water bottle
Occasionally, classes move outdoors when the weather allows. Equipment, antibacterial spray, and hand sanitiser are always available. Toilets and a water fountain are on site.
