MY STORY

I’m Holly, a Level 4 Personal Trainer, founder of East Fit Personal Training, and co-founder of Strong & Nourished in 7 Weeks. On paper, that’s my professional side, but the real story of how I got here is much more personal.

I’m also a mum of two, and like many women in mid-life, I’ve felt the pressure of trying to “do it all.” I’ve battled unhealthy habits, navigated career changes, and, most significantly, faced breast cancer head-on. Those experiences taught me what really matters. Health isn’t about punishing diets or extreme exercise routines. It’s about strength, energy, and feeling capable in your own body.

When I started East Fit here in Norfolk, my goal was simple: to create a safe, supportive space for women who feel overwhelmed by fitness and frustrated with quick fixes. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, exhausted, and guilty for putting yourself last. That’s why I coach with empathy and honesty, because I’ve been there too.

My approach is rooted in strength training, realistic nutrition, and a body-positive mindset. I want to help women discover what their bodies can do, not just how they look. For my clients, that’s meant going from feeling tired and self-conscious to lifting heavier than they ever thought possible, walking into a gym with confidence, and having the energy to enjoy family life in Norfolk and beyond.
