With Norfolk offering so many different and exciting outdoor events, you'll be hard-pressed to find a reason not to get fit and stay fit this year! Here's a list of some of our favourites.

Three years ago we moved back here, to Norfolk. I left behind a fast-paced job in the heart of the Capital and my regular commute on the central line, for the peaceful tranquillity of South Norfolk. We moved to be closer to family, and to raise our kids somewhere quieter, calmer - and closer to the beach!
We are constantly amazed at how much Norfolk has to offer. Not only are we out every weekend still finding new things to do as a family, but I am constantly discovering we ways to break out of the gym and challenge my fitness outdoors.
